New Joiner: You have just signed up and have a confirmed spot on the trip!
Active: You are up to date in payments and have a confirmed spot on the trip!
Overdue: You have a confirmed spot on the trip but have missed a monthly payment or have an outstanding balance due. To return to Active status, you must catch up on payments, or you'll risk losing your spot. If your missed payment is not made by your next payment date, you will fall into pending status and lose your spot on the trip.
If you have fallen behind on your payment because the scheduled payment date does not work for you, give our Help Desk a call and we can adjust your payment schedule for you!
Pending: Your deposit payment was not received so you do not have a confirmed spot on the trip. If space is still available on the trip, you'll need to pay what is currently owed in order to return to Active status.
Another reason for Pending status is that you have missed multiple payments and have lost your spot on the trip. Depending on the trip status, you may be able to catch up on payments to return to Active status or to join the waitlist for the trip.
Cancelled: You have contacted us to cancel your trip and are no longer travelling with us.
Default: We had to cancel your file because you have missed too many payments and without payment we can not hold your spot. You do not have a spot on the trip. Another reason for defaulted status is your deposit payment was not received so you do not have a confirmed spot on the trip.
Not Traveling but we’re trying to find you a spot
Waitlist: You are on the waiting list for this trip. You do not have a confirmed spot on the trip now, but we are working to find one for you as soon as possible. Hang tight and keep an eye out for calls or emails from us with more information.
Note: Passengers who are offered options on the waitlist may not be travelling on the same flight or same day as their group. All waitlist passengers may be subject to alternate flights and/or additional charges.
